At the end of the 1950s, the United States took the lead in the development of ultra-precision machining technology in response to the development of cutting-edge technologies such as aerospace and defense, and developed ultra-precision cutting of diamond tools-single point diamond turning (SPDT) technology. Also known as "micro-inch technology", it is used to process large parts of spherical and aspherical surfaces for laser fusion mirrors, tactical missiles, and manned spacecraft.
The material of the workpiece must be extremely detailed and uniform, and be properly treated to eliminate internal residual stress, ensure a high degree of dimensional stability, and prevent deformation after processing. The processing equipment must have extremely high motion accuracy, the linearity of the guide rail and the rotation accuracy of the spindle must reach the 0.1 micron level, and the micro-feed and positioning accuracy must reach the 0.01 micron level. Strict requirements for environmental conditions, constant temperature, constant humidity and clean air must be maintained, and effective anti-vibration measures must be taken. Both the systematic error and random error of the processing system should be controlled at 0.1 micron level or less.

A2: Yes, we can. But basically the tolerance depends on a number of factors, such as part’s size, design geometry, surface finish. It would be better if you can specify which areas in your design have critical tolerances , so we can discuss which based on our technology.
Q3: What are First Part China Limited shipping terms?
A3: Our standard terms are Ex Works. But as for express shipments(UPS ,DHL,FedEx), we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), that mean the client is responsible for paying import duty when the goods arrived.
Q4What is your term of payment?
A:30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
